The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases, made through www.imtrendie.com

FINAL SALES: All sales of shoes, dresses, bottoms, outerwear, accessories, body suits, tops, swimwear and items marked as “Sale” are final. 

Policy - Exchanges by Mail:

Exchages must be sent back to ImTrendie within 7 days from the date your order was originally received. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping handling charges are NOT refundable. All returned items must be in the state you received them with all packaging, include the original tags still attached, and must be accompanied by the original invoice. 

Instructions for Exchange by Mail:

Your package must include the original order invoice. Please complete the “Return Form” section by placing a check mark in the Exchange box. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and mail it to us. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Swimwear Exchange Policy:

All swimwear returns must be postmarked to us within 7 days from the date you received your order. All swimwear must be unused with all of the tags and hygiene strips attached. For a bikini set (top and bottom), both pieces must be returned together. ImTrendie will not take an exchange for individual pieces.
